Gargoyle trail and pebble painting- Tuesday 26th October 2021 and Wednesday 27th October
Free Entry, no need to book
11-6pm House open until 5pm

Come along to Oak House and spot the gargoyles and grotesques in our autumn outdoor trail. Explore our spooky grounds and visit our magical toadstool barn but do not be afraid when you enter our spooky witch’s kitchen, for they will do you no harm, well, probably not…
Explore your artistic side with our pebble painting workshop or make a lovely autumn leaf fox face or natural wind chime. Halloween craft bags will also be available for you to buy, to take home or make on site. Craft activities from 50p. Tea and coffee will be available in the tea room.

Witches and Witchfinders- Thursday 28th October 2021
1-9pm Entry free, no need to book

Visit the Oak House witches cooking up some horrible spells and learn about real 17th century cures. Listen to stories of highwaymen on one of the last remaining areas of ancient West Bromwich heathland. Visit the witchfinder inside Oak House and listen to some of his gruesome stories – not suitable for very young children.

Saturday 6th November 2021 – Autumnal crafts and trails
11-2pm Entry Free, no need to book, free entry to house and grounds

Autumn themed crafts and trails at Oak House Museum. From 50p. Tea and coffee will be available in the tea room.

Sunday 7th November 2021 – Tales of the toadstools
11-2pm – Entry Free, no need to book

Tales of the toadstools with Lukas Large. Natural Science Curator from Birmingham Museums Trust Lukas will be at Oak House Museum this Sunday. An exciting opportunity to come and learn all about mushrooms and toadstools and how many different varieties we get at Oak House. Visit our magical toadstool barn and find our toadstool trail. Tea and coffee will be available in the tea room.
