Please remember to always follow current government covid 19 guidelines. Exercise is an essential reason for leaving home but follow restrictions. An adult can meet one other adult from another household and you must stay 2 metres away from others.
Sunday 14th & Monday 15th—Hearts. Go for a walk, collect objects and make heart shapes from what you find. Also see what heart shapes you can spot such as leaves, wood or stones and share your finds with us.
Tuesday 16th to Thursday 18th February – Join us at 9am each morning for our ‘go for a walk’ sing alongs! Bring a musical instrument or something to shake or hit from the kitchen to join in!
Tuesday 16th – Take our walk challenge and get counting—post at 12 noon on FB
Wednesday 17th—Textures—See our video with great ideas about exploring and discovering textures in your garden or on your walk with some arty fun too when you get back home. Post at noon on FB
Thursday 18th—Go for a walk—print off our walk challenge and see how many things on the list you can spot, count or do.
Friday 19th— Twigs and leaves weaving. Watch our video and have a go at getting creative with things you’ve found in your garden and on your walk and create a hanging with leaves, twigs, feathers etc.
Patterns in Nature—Join us throughout February and March for posts giving all ages creative ideas to enjoy your garden and make your walk more interesting. Surveys suggest people are looking for less screen time activities so we’ve got some outdoor fun ideas for you to try but still be within the rules!
