It’s almost spooky season so Wednesbury Museum in association with Black Country Touring is preparing to welcome Angel Heart Theatre to present a spellbinding and mesmerising seasonal performance.
Jack and the Devil’s Purse will be performed on Saturday 12 October at 7pm (doors open 6.40pm) at the museum in Holyhead Road, Wednesbury.
This event is a darkly humorous and devilish blend of theatre, puppets and live music telling the tale as the Devil himself recounts the tale of how he met Jack and offered him an enchanted purse.
Museums manager Jane Hanney-Martin said: “Angel Heart shows are beautiful to watch and it is difficult to take your eyes off the stage!
“The museum is running this show with Black Country Touring who are an organisation whose aim is to being great theatre, dance and cinema into the heart of communities, so it’s a great opportunity for local people to enjoy national touring performances.”
The performance is suitable for adults and older children 10 years plus and is £5 per person.
Tickets can be purchased by popping to the museum (cash or cheque) or can be bought online.
