Conferences and room hire at Sandwell Park Farm

We have two rooms available for hire for conferences, meetings and events.

Sandwell Park Farm is a historical working farm which has been open to the public since 1983. Situated in the heart of Sandwell Valley Country Park in West Bromwich, this Grade II-listed site features a traditional farmyard, walled kitchen gardens, a small museum and award-winning tea rooms.

The farm boasts facilities to host a range of events and activities which will provide you with a unique experience.

Conference Room

Our conference room features a large room fully equipped with WiFi and AV equipment. This room can be tailored to meet your needs and is perfect for meetings, wakes, baby showers or birthday parties.
Capacity: 50
Charges: £90 a day or £50 for a half day. Birthday parties £90 plus a bond payment (returnable) of £50. 

Meeting Room

Our Meeting Room can accommodate small meetings, breakout sessions or interviews. WiFi and AV equipment are available.
Capacity: 10
Charges: £80 a day or £45 for a half day.

Catering from our Tea Room

Our dedicated and award-winning tea rooms can provide a range of catering options and guarantee your event runs smoothly. From tea and coffee to vegetarian buffets, we ensure high quality food and service.

Sandwell Park Farm car park is off Salters Lane, West Bromwich, B71 4BG.

There is a pay and display car park.

Accessibility

Sandwell Park Farm is a Grade II Listed Building and has steps in the reception, though these can be by-passed via the ramp.

  • Accessible toilets are available in the farmyard.
  • Assistance dogs are welcome. Other dogs are not allowed.
  • Accessible parking is available in the car park.
  • Access to the farm is step-free.
  • Lift access to meeting rooms.
