Sandwell Park Farm Visitor Centre
Sandwell Park Farm Visitor Centre will be opening it’s doors from 10am to 4pm daily from Monday 19th July! Watch the video below to find out more.
Visitors will have free of charge access to Sandwell Park Farm Visitor Centre, and will be able to enjoy the shop, visit the Victorian walled kitchen garden and museum, sit outside and enjoy food purchased from the tearooms, explore the maze, and activities around the site.
The animals from Sandwell Park Farm were moved to Forge Mill Farm at the start of the pandemic to ensure visitors could experience the complete collection of livestock the farms have to offer. This has increased the popularity of Forge Mill Farm and generated excellent feedback about the added attractions there. Forge Mill Farm also provides significantly more space for visitors to enjoy walking around and seeing the animals, and the council will continue to expand the offer at Forge Mill Farm over the next few years.
Within the Country Park are two visitor centres with ground floor access throughout. Sandwell Park Farm is a Grade II Listed Building and has steps in the reception, though these can be by-passed via the ramp.
We allow one free admission for carers with disabled visitors who have paid the normal admission fee.
As not all disabilities are visible, it is helpful for our staff if carers bring proof of their carer status when you visit.
